Windowed security thread with demetalized RBI. Watermark: Mahatma Gandhi and electrotype vertical 10. Printed by India Security Press. 138 x 63mm. Paper.
Reverse: Language panel at left with denomination in 15 Indian languages. Rhinoceros, Bengal Tiger, and Elephant depicted — all three are iconic Indian wildlife and listed under Schedule I of India's Wildlife Protection Act. Denomination 10 in numerals.
