Four steam locomotive designs within an illustrated railway border. A circular Kigali cancellation crosses the centre of the sheet.
Stamps:
200F: Rebuilt West Country class, depicted in green with a separate tender.
400F: LMS Princess Royal class, shown in maroon.
600F: BR Rebuilt Merchant Navy class, shown in green.
800F: GWR City class, with a green boiler and separate tender.
Condition: Cancelled. Please review the actual scan for centring, perforations, edges and overall condition.
